eTaskMaker Module Updates for December / January
InterPlan Systems has released the following updated eTaskMaker estimating modules:
- Agitators (Rev.3) - (updated) Estimating formulas have been updated and improved.
- Asbestos Abatement (Rev.5) - (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions.
- Blowers (Rev.3) - (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions.
- Channel Head Belzona Repairs - (new) Simple template module.
- Drums (Rev.9) - (updated) Major revision incorporates more scenarios and parameters for tighter estimates.
- Electrical Conduit Re-routing - (new) Simple template for re-routing conduit at a pump.
- Electric Motors Starters & Push Buttons (Rev.1) - (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions.
- Flare - Shop Repair - (new)
- Floating Head Repairs - (new)
- Heat Exchangers - Fixed Tubesheet (Rev.5) - (updated) Additions including burning off severely corroded bolts and eddy current testing.
- Heat Exchangers - Floating Head (Rev.6) - (updated) Additions including burning off severely corroded bolts and eddy current testing.
- Heat Exchangers - U-Tube (Rev.9) - (updated) Additions including burning off severely corroded bolts and eddy current testing.
- Heat Exchangers - Vertical (Rev.6) - (updated) Additions including burning off severely corroded bolts, eddy current testing and improved definition of tasks for refacing damaged flange surfaces.
- Level Transmitters - Field Service - (new)
- Pipe Insulation - Calcium Silicate - (new) Allows for insulating either rack or off-rack piping, from pipe diameters 4 through 12 inches and insulation thicknesses up to 4 in.
- Pipe - Field Erection (Rev.5) - (updated) Major revision allows you to specify either on-rack or off-rack erection, and improved insulation task definition.
- Pipe - Small Bore (Threaded) Field Erection (Rev.2) - (updated) Added steps for mobilization and installation of metal jacketing on insulation.
- Piping Demolition (Above Ground) (Rev.2) - (updated) Major revision includes improved scaffolding definition and improved estimating formulas.
- Piping Demolition (Under Ground) (Rev.3) - (updated) Major revision includes tasks for breaking up concrete and repairing or leaving the trench open for further work, enhanced estimating formulas, and permitting tasks.
- Primary Reformer Tubes Pigging - (new)
- Pumps (Rev.3) - (updated) Includes tasks for the removal and re-installation of insulation and steam tracing and the coupling guard.
- Push Buttons - (new)
- Repair Damaged Gasket Surface on Manway - (new)
- Retube Floating Head Tube Bundle - (new) This is for retubing a bundle with two tubesheets and straight tubes (as opposed to a U-tube bundle, that has only one tube sheet,and tubes must be bent).
- Safety Valves (PSVs) (Rev.3) - (updated) Allows for blinding a nozzle on a vessel after removal of the PSV.
- Salt Dryer - (new)
- Sparger Replacement (Rev.1) - (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions.
- Towers (Rev.10) - (updated) Major update includes:
- Added scope for environmental hazard conditions requiring extreme safety procedures
- Improved estimating formulas
- Updated resource assignments
- Added a sequence for opening unsupported manways (with crane)
- Added a multiplier for multiple packing beds (pall/raschig rings)
- Added tasks to remove, clean, inspect and replace tower bottom spool
- Added tasks to remove, clean, inspect and replace the vortex breaker
- Included tasks for cleaning the tower bottom depending on the degree of fouling
