eTaskMaker Module Updates for February
InterPlan Systems has released the following updated eTaskMaker estimating modules:
- Air Coolers (Rev.3) - (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions. Also corrected scaffolding dismantling formula, and tasks for chemical foam cleaning of the outside diameter of the tubes.
- Concrete Structure Repairs (Rev.1) - (updated) Improved estimating formulas.
- Control Valves (Rev.7) - (updated) Added tasks for disconnecting/reconnecting steam
tracing. - Desalter Feed Water Drum (Rev. 2) - (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions. Also corrected scaffolding dismantling formula.
- F.C.C. Reactor (Rev.2) - (updated) Now includes tasks for the installation of a derrick
crane; also improved refractory repair estimating formulas. - Heat Exchanger Bundle Tubesheet Cladding - (new) For applying a protective expoxy coating to the tube sheets of a heat exchanger bundle.
- Hot Taps - (new) Install fittings or valves on an operating pipeline.
- Pipe - Field Erection (Rev. 6) - (updated) Re-added tasks for removing blinds that were missing in Rev. 5
- Piping - Flare Line Replacement (Rev. 2) - (updated) Improved estimating formulas.
- Refractory Repairs - (new) Major new module for estimating refractory repairs using inspection report details.
- Vessel Erection (Rev.5) - (updated) Added tasks to remove trunnions/lifting lugs.
- Waste Heat Boiler (Rev.2) - (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions. Also corrected scaffolding dismantling formula.
