InterPlan Systems has released the following updated eTaskMaker estimating modules:

New CPM schedule analysis tool is a “DRAG”

InterPlan Systems is currently developing the next generation of the ATC Professional project management software. While we are not at liberty yet to divulge all the new features and enhancements, we did want to highlight the following analysis tool developed by Mr. Stephen Devaux (.PDF link):

DRAG is a measure of a task’s impact on (or contribution towards) it’s driving successor path. It is a very useful metric for planners / schedulers engaged in critical path analysis tasked with shortening the path duration.

InterPlan Systems has developed a robust implementation of the DRAG metric for our next generation project management software.

New licensing option for eTaskMaker to SAP “BAPI” application

InterPlan Systems is now offering a new licensing option for the BAPI application that enables direct exporting of estimates from eTaskMaker to SAP. Previously, the BAPI was only offered on an enterprise (company wide) licensing arrangement. InterPlan Systems is now offering site licenses for individual refineries and processing plants. This new licensing arrangement is designed to accomodate client sites that are interested in the BAPI but lack justification for acquiring a corporate wide license.
