InterPlan Systems News

eTaskMaker Wizard Software Update (1.0.1.0)

InterPlan Systems has released a major update for the eTaskMaker Wizard. eTaskMaker now allows you to define a set of parameters for a working calendar (days/week, shifts/day, hours/shift) and updates the Schedule Fragnet tab accordingly. You can now instantly see how many shifts/days the current estimate will require using your defined working calendar parameters. Additionally, there is a new “Scheduling Scenarios” tab that displays a chart that calculates the length of the current estimate in calendar days across 30 different working calendar options.

eTaskMaker clients may now download the update from our downloads repository. Clients with an Enterprise license should contact InterPlan Systems for customized updates.

ATC Pro Development Update

Following up on our previous announcement, we are still hard at work developing our next gen version of ATC Professional. We are still on schedule to wrap up development of the core functions by early next year. Stay tuned for an opportunity to gain early access to an alpha version release.

Waste not, want not (2016)

As we approach the end of the year, InterPlan Systems would like to remind managers with funds remaining in their 2016 budgets that we offer a range of useful tools for their organizations. This is a great time to pick up a few eTaskMaker licenses or STO Handbooks.

eTaskMaker Wizard Software Update (1.0.0.10)

InterPlan Systems has released an update for the eTaskMaker Wizard containing a new Work Scope report, reflecting the estimate just created. This report can be printed four different ways:

  • Listing all detailed tasks, with durations and resources
  • Listing just the activity tasks, with no durations and no resources
  • Listing all detailed tasks and durations only
  • Listing all detailed tasks and resources only

This report can be used to issue to contractors for the purposes of obtaining bids based on a uniform work scope, or to issue for review and comments. Contractors can also use this report to include with their bids, as a confirmation of the work scope.

eTaskMaker clients may now download the update from our downloads repository. Clients with an Enterprise license should contact InterPlan Systems for customized updates.

eTaskMaker Module Update for November

InterPlan Systems has released the following new eTaskMaker estimating module:

  • Globally Sequence All Work(new) provides convenient scheduling “anchor points” for all of your work in a turnaround. It allows planners to quickly specify start dates for groups of work by type/category as required.

eTaskMaker clients may now download the update from our downloads repository.

Another Success Story

Alon USA recently completed a turnaround on time and on budget, using for the first time both eTaskMaker and ATC Professional. They had used the systems previously as a trial run on a smaller turnaround, but this time they proved their effectiveness under challenging time constraints. Our congratulations go to them for being successful!
